We partner with local farmers who raise beef and local processors who handle the processing to sell at retail. We fill a gap, supporting the local economy and farmers through the community.

Our partners raise cattle that are either grass fed and grass finished, or grass fed and grain finished. Check the descriptions to see the difference.
