Grass Fed - Custom Orders
Our Brangus and Irish Dexter are grass fed. Brangus are raised on farm and we work with other farmers that we trust to provide Irish Dexter and Boer goats. We do offer quarters, sides and whole custom cut beef, lamb and goat. Must pre-order by contacting us.
Irish Dexter Beef
Dexter cattle are one of the smallest breeds of cattle, with mature cows weighing around 600-700 pounds (270-320 kg) and bulls weighing around 1,000 pounds (450 kg). Their small size makes them efficient grazers and easier to handle than larger breeds.
Despite their small size, Dexters produce high-quality beef. The meat is well-marbled and flavorful, often described as more tender than that of larger breeds. They have a good meat-to-bone ratio.

Brangus Beef
Brangus cattle are highly regarded for their meat quality. They produce beef that is well-marbled, tender, and flavorful, similar to Angus beef. Their carcass yield is high, with a good balance of lean meat and fat.
The Brangus is a beef cattle breed that results from the crossbreeding of Brahman and Angus cattle. It combines the best traits of both breeds, making it highly popular in the cattle industry, particularly in regions with harsh climates

Boer Goat
The Boer goat is renowned for its high-quality meat, which is lean and flavorful. They have a fast growth rate and can be ready for slaughter at an earlier age compared to other breeds. This makes them one of the most efficient meat-producing goat breeds.
