To enhance the well-being of our neighbors by providing year-round, affordable, sustainable, nutritious, locally-grown food from farm raised catfish to tropical fruit cultivated in geothermal greenhouses.
Tropics in Missouri
We have been working on the concept of growing tropical fruits and citrus in Southeast Missouri starting in 2020.
How We Raise Fish
We do not over stock our ponds to grow food fish. This is important because it reduces disease and produces a cleaner fish. Our catfish are fed 36% protein feed and our hybrid striped bass are feed 46% protein
How We Raise our Meat
Our Brangus and Irish Dexters are grass fed. Brangus are raised on farm and we work with other farmers that we trust to provide Irish Dexters and Boer goats.
